The foundation and exterior walls of this Garrison, NY home were built using insulated concrete forms. The forms consist of two panels of Expanded Polystrene (EPS) held together with plastic ties. Once erected, the forms are poured solid with concrete. The insulation and poured concrete combination produces a house exterior with superior thermal insulating properties. It also blocks sound transmission, allergens, unwanted moisture and air movement.

This house also features radiant floor heating panels, providing the ultimate in heating comfort along with increased energy efficiency.
